I cannot give enough praise to Anne Marie Richardson. When she agrees to sell your house, it is simply not a job but a personal pursuit to find the best fit for your house. I previously had my $915,000 home in West Springs listed for 11 months with an unending amount of showings (78) but only 3 terrible offers. 2 years later, in a depressed market, I listed my home with Anne Marie and she sold my home in 6 weeks for more than any offer I had 2 years prior! Anne Marie didn’t just stick a sign on my front lawn, she pounded the pavement for an offer. When, a conditional offer came in, she pounded the pavement for a firm sale. She dealt with all the legal details of my sale with ease and grace, taking a load of worry off my mind. Anne Marie also answers her phone and returns messages, regardless of where she is. I didn’t realize how unique this was until I started looking at properties to buy and many realtors wouldn’t return her calls for viewing appointments. One realtor didn’t return her many attempts at trying to reach him for a potential sale for two days because he was hunting! This was a big eye opener for me, not realizing a lot of realtors aren’t working for their clients.

When it came time to buy a new property, Anne Marie wouldn’t allow me to buy a property that didn’t meet my family’s specific needs. In a stressed time, when I needed a new home fast, I wanted to buy a property that seemed easy.
